Made a massive difference to my life

Before working with Salarah I was going through a particularly tough time both health wise and mentally, having a chronic illness and then difficult back surgery the last few years have been an incredible struggle and I was feeling depressed and finding life difficult to manage.

I had come across Salarah during a free meditation workshop when I found that after her sessions I felt and slept better than I had for months before. I immediately resonated with her and this encouraged me to see if I could work with her on an individual level.

I hoped that by doing some work with Salarah I would find the ability to be more resilient to my illness and find a more positive path that would help me find the strength to manage my illness better even when I felt rough. We have gone through different types of coaching together and all have had different beneficial effects. To me, working with Salarah has made such a massive difference to my life, my illnesses are still there but I now have more energy and ability to deal with the challenges they throw up - and I have new tools in my toolbox to deal with issues that may arise. I have better mental clarity and more patience with myself and what my body is capable of doing. In some ways I respect myself more as I’m more in tune with what works for me and my body. It doesn’t mean I won’t push myself at times but it does mean I know how to recover better!

I met Salarah on a remote healing mastery course last year and even though we were on other sides of the planet, I felt drawn to her absolute kindness, integrity and unconditional love she had for everyone.

I live in Australia, Salarah offered to do some distant healings on me as she knew I was burnt out stressed and being triggered left right and center.

The distance did not matter at all in the healing and I could actually feel Carolyne working and pulling energy out of my field, it was very peaceful, emotional and very calming, it was the first decent night sleep I had had for a while and I felt energized afterwards and felt like I was back to my old self.
