How we store your information

Your personal and sensitive information (when you book a service) is stored securely in our booking database (currently Acuity) and is retained by us for a period of three years following the end of any service we provide. At which time it will be deleted permanently from our database. If any printed copies of your information are made (for example to assist us in providing services to you) these will be shredded before being recycled.
Your payment information is stored securely in our payment processor’s systems (currently PayPal and Stripe) and is not retained beyond the need to process a payment, including issuing any refund to you.
