Terms and conditions

Booking and payment

Payment is required at the time of booking, though it's possible to pay a deposit for some longer programmes, with the remainder due before the course begins. For some programmes, you can pay in instalments. If you want to discuss payment terms, please contact us via the website.

Will I be able to get a refund if I change my mind?

We’ll be happy to refund you 50% of your course fees, provided the request for your refund is submitted at least six weeks before your course or retreat starts. Deposits are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you have made a booking or purchase and already received the goods (ie the links for a digital download, access to part of the website that is behind a paywall, links to access online courses, Zoom calls or recordings) you waive your right to cancellation during the cooling-off period.

How do I request a refund?

To submit a cancellation and request a refund you can do so from your booking confirmation email. Click the button to cancel and, if you meet the criteria for a partial refund, we will issue the refund within seven working days. The refund will be issued via the payment method you used at the time of booking.

What if my course is cancelled?

Very few courses are cancelled. If we have to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be transferred to the next available course. We regret that we cannot accept liability for an inability to provide courses where these are affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for example, industrial action, public transport disruptions or severe weather.

Confidentiality and use of your data

While on a course or retreat with us, we promise to keep any information you share confidential and we expect you to do the same for us and your fellow students. Please also make yourself aware of our Privacy Policy.
